Is delivery free?

Yes. Wellness Republic™ pride ourselves on being able to offer fast and free delivery on all orders with no minimum order size required. 

Please note that there may not be tracking information provided for the free shipping option. 

 

How long till I get my order?

Orders ship from Australia using Australia Post and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Most customers will receive their orders within 1 week of their order being dispatched.

Delivery delays may be experienced with Australia Post and our other delivery partners due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.

Whilst we will endeavor to help where possible, Wellness Republic™ are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen deliveries.

 

Where's my order? / How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we can check it and provide the tracking information for you.
