Wellness Republic™ is proudly Australian owned and operated. Our headquarters are in Sydney, NSW.
What types of payments do you accept?
Wellness Republic™ accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Zip Pay.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of being placed.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Wellness Republic™ pride ourselves on being able to offer fast and free delivery on all orders Australia wide, with no minimum order size required.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders ship from Australia using Australia Post and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Most customers will receive their orders within 1 week of their order being despatched.
Delivery delays may be experienced with Australia Post and our other delivery partners due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.
Whilst we will endeavor to help where possible, Wellness Republic™ are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen deliveries.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!
Where's my order / How can I track my order?
You should receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we can check it and provide the tracking information for you.
