Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from when your order is delivered. If you receive your item and it is not as described, it is broken or missing components, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (see below).
If 14 days have past by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, change of mind refunds and exchanges are not applicable if items have been opened, removed from original packaging or been used.
We recommend purchasing the smaller pack of our patches first to check for any reactions as we cannot offer refunds in line with hygiene reasons.
There is no refund or exchange offered for sale items, unless the item is not as described, it is broken or missing components.
Clearance/Sale items are final.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact us page with the subject line “Refund” and provide details of your order - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact Us” link in the header. You may be asked to describe the issues with the item and provide photos.
If your order is eligible for refund or exchange, we will require you to return your item and will provide you an address where to ship it too. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend adding tracking to your delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If we find items have been removed from original packaging or been used or if we find evidence of purposeful damage/sabotage to the item in order to receive a refund, no refund or exchange will be offered and items will be sent back to you at your expense.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Approved exchanges are only for like for like products.
SHIPPING
If a Refund or Exchange has been approved, you will be provided an address to ship it too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We are not liable for returns that are lost/misplaced in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with the details of your order.
